Can anyone spare a wipe? Disinfecting alternative. Made in the USA.

“Did you find any disinfectant wipes?” the wife asked. Nope! Next time. This seems to be the conversation after doing shopping for the home.

The next best thing was the web. The caveat was to search for wipes ‘Made in the USA,’ if there was such a thing.

There are alternatives to wipes, as I stumbled upon this company. They produce a spray for disinfecting, 91% Isopropyl Alcohol Hand & Surface Cleanser. From a non scientific perspective I would deduce that it also cleans the air around the area while spraying; be it a minimal radius, as well as the surfaces to be wiped. Genius!

Visiting their website I was impressed by the mission and the concept of making their products in the USA. I took their entire story off their site to share.

US+ Healthcare Products Story:

It all started with an unlikely team of musicians and scientists with common ties to Yale University, united by a single goal: to fight price-gouging by making essential products readily available to those who need them most.

We agreed immediately that the best path to achieving this involved sourcing the materials ourselves from reliable US suppliers and establishing a manufacturing facility in our home state of Connecticut to take full control over each step of the process. While others utilize foreign labor or simply repackage and mark-up prices on products they had nothing to do with making, our team is involved at every level 24/7, from developing the formulation to bottling and shipping it out.

Now that we’ve accomplished our first goal, our long-term aspiration is to use science to develop a better understanding of how we can emerge from this crisis in better health than ever. Our research team is already hard at work, with several new products under development. We will make the results of our research publicly available and will publish it in freely accessible scientific journals, because we’re all in this fight together.

Passed this on to bae.
